Boil potatoes, peel and cut them into small pieces. Chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Clean and wash pressed rice.Fry mustard in oil, add chopped onion, green chillies and fry till slightly brown. Add all the spices except coriander leaves. Add pressed rice and potatoes. Mix nicely and cook till the preparation becomes quite hot.Add sugar and lime juice. Remove from the fire. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped coriander leaves for it.
