Soak black gram dal overnight and grind to a fine paste. Heat oil and fry small vadas with the dal. Churn the curd.Grate coconut, chop green chillies, curry leaves, green coriander and add the whole thing along with salt to the curd. Add vadas also and season with mustard and red chillies.
Note: Vadas are consumed after frying as it is.
