Ingredients

Greengram dal 50 g 1/3 K
Vanaspati/Ghee 30 g 2 tbsp
Water 600 ml 4 K
Salt to taste

Method

Heat vanaspati/ghee and fry broken wheat and green gram dal till golden brown. Add water and cook till soft and semi solid. Add salt and serve hot.It takes three minutes to cook in pressure cooker at 15 lbs pressure.
