Ingredients

Vanaspati/Ghee 30 g 1 tbsp

Milk 500 ml 4 K
Sugar 200 g 1 K

Method

Fry broken wheat in vanaspati or ghee till slightly brown. Add water and cook for 3 minutes at 15 lbs pressure. Open the pressure cooker and add milk and sugar. Cook till semi-solid.
