To encourage active participation and truly make it a people's movement, an Eat Right Quiz web portal has a feature to crowd source questions from citizens. and also hosts a "Play & Upload" videos of the quiz section. Upon uploading five or more questions successfully, citizens will be awarded a 'Certificate of Appreciation' from FSSAI.
Instructions for Uploading Questions
Please follow the below mentioned guidelines to submit your Eat Right Questions
- Please fill in your personal information such as name, contact number and email-id, designation and organization.
- The questions are in MCQ form and must have four clear options.
- A minimum of 5 questions must be uploaded.
- Kindly check the button against the option of the correct answer.
- Once all the 5 or more questions have been entered, click on "submit" and wait for a confirmation message on the screen.
