The Eat Right School initiative of FSSAI is designed to deliver and

reinforce the message of safe and nutritious food through both curricular

and co-curricular activities, and ensure an enabling legislative

and regulatory framework to promote safe and wholesome food in

both government and private schools across the country.

Eat Right School was launched by FSSAI which aims at creating awareness about food safety, nutrition and hygiene among school children and through them among the community at large.An Eat Right Matrix has been developed for the schools to be certified as Eat Right School. with the help of Health and Wellness Ambassadors.
